
The Provincial Court has two new Associate Chief Judges, existing members of the Bench who in addition to hearing matters can assist the Chief Judge with responsibilities related to the administration of the Court.

The Hon. Justice Robin C. M. Gogan, previously a Justice of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia in Cape Breton, is the newest judge of the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.
