Kentville - Courthouse open. Parties wishing to appear in Provincial Court by telephone today should call 902-679-6070 and leave a message with their contact information.

Pictou - Courthouse delayed opening until noon. Family Division matters scheduled for this morning are proceeding virtually (via Teams) at their scheduled times.  Provincial Court matters scheduled for this morning have been moved to 1 pm this afternoon. You may contact Court Administration after 12 pm at 902-485-7350 for further information.

Port Hawkesbury - Courthouse delayed opening until noon. The Provincial Court is proceeding virtually (via Teams) this morning. If you have a lawyer, you do not have to appear. Otherwise please contact Court Administration at 902-625-2665 with your contact information and the court will call you. Family Division matters will also proceed virtually (via Teams) this morning.

Sydney - Closed for the day. Provincial arraignment court matters have been adjourned with new dates. Please direct any questions to the courthouse tomorrow.
