For all estate files in which an Inventory [Form 29 under section 45 of the Probate Court Practice, Procedure and Forms Regulations made under section 106 of the Probate Act S.N.S. 2000, c. 31 (as amended)] is currently outstanding, there will be an extension granted of 30 calendar days after the day that marks the end of the postal disruptions for filing the Inventory.
A Notice to file an Inventory [Form 30 under section 46 of the Probate Court Practice, Procedure and Forms Regulations] will be issued after the extension period if the Inventory has not been filed
