The Courts In Kentville Nova Scotia

In Kentville, the Family Court of Nova Scotia is located in the Provincial Building on Exhibition Street. All other Courts (Supreme, Provincial, Small Claims and Probate) are located in the Justice Centre on Cornwallis Street. At times, Provincial Court and Supreme Court also sit in Windsor, Nova Scotia.

The Nova Scotia Bankruptcy Court does not sit in Kentville. it sits primarily in Halifax and occasionally in Sydney.

The Nova Scotia Court of Appeal also does not sit in Kentville. It sits only in Halifax at the Law Courts on Upper Water Street.

The Nova Scotia Department of Justice provides administrative and operational support to all Courts in the Province.
